<p>Silicone firmness is measured using the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shore_durometer Shore Durometer] test, giving us the "Shore Value" for a given material. This value consists of the scale used and the value measured. Most silicone intended for bodily use will be on the 00 scale. For reference, chewing gum is 00-20. </p>

<p>The below table lists the available options offered by Twisted Beast when selecting a toy's firmness matched up with the reported Shore Value. This information may be out of date and should only be used as reference. Always confirm with a maker's store page, or if the value isn't listed, contact support for that maker.</p>

<p>Note: Twisted Beast does not offer the option to select a firmness when ordering a toy. All toys except for [[Naberus the Fuckable Dog | Naberus]] are made with the same silicone firmness.
