[https://leneus.de/en/product.html?product_id=3 Althok] is a gnoll themed insertable by [[Leneus]]. Althok features a scooped head that crowns into a curved shaft. The shaft is narrow just behind the head and maintains a consistent diameter down to the base. The shaft is decorated with raised vein details near the bottom where it attaches to a mounded base designed to resemble a sheath and balls. Raised decorative fur patterns sit on the top of the sheath and run down between the balls.

Leneus offers both single coloration and a separate shaft and base coloration split. Both options allow for single color, two-color marble and three-color marble coloration. Color options are selected from a preset list of colors that include standard colors, neon colors and glow in the dark options.
