Mancer features a horn like design with a pointed tip on a tapered, curved shaft. The top side of the shaft is lined with spines with the biggest spine just behind the tip. The ridge of spines splits into two ridges near the half way point, continuing down the length until the three quarters point where a medial ring like structure demarcates a shift from the smoother texture of the shaft to a more leathery finish. The shaft terminates in a flared base with design details representing a vent like structure.
