Sahleen features a hip and body design, having a pair of hips with protruding tail that tapers down to a waist and then back up again for a lower body. The exterior of the model is decorated with a fur texturing with a fur grain that flows toward the face of the model. The face is made up of the hips and tail, with the tail sitting at the top of two cheeks that have a vertical slit between them. The penetrable orifice sits slightly agape with light texturing on the vertical lips. The penetrable channel within starts narrow near the opening and widens up near the middle. The first third of the channel is line with a horizontal ripple texture with a more erratic texture near the middle. A cross section view of the model is available on the product's store page.
