Krampus is a Christmas themed insertable by Lycantasy. Krampus features sloped, conical head that crowns into a straight shaft. The shaft is made up of a group of four segments that are twisted into a spiral pattern and fused together. The shaft is thickest in the middle, tapering up and then down in size over the length of the shaft. The shaft connects to a mounded base decorated with fur textures.

Krampus is available in Krampus Natural, Lycan Purple, Galactic Blue, Brimstone Black, Surprise Me, and Custom colorations. Krampus Natural is described as a vivid red shaft split to a brown base with green shimmer. Lycantasy states that custom color requests should be placed in the order notes. Lycantasy also states that the Surprise Me option can be guided or suggestions made by adding notes to the order.
