Althok (Pierced) is a Gnoll themed insertable by Leneus. Althok Pierced features a scooped head that crowns into a curved shaft. The shaft is narrow just behind the head and maintains a consistent diameter down to the base. Four dumbbell piercings are evenly spaced along the underside of the shaft, starting at the half way point and ending just above the base. The shaft is decorated with raised vein details near the bottom where it attaches to a mounded base designed to resemble a sheath and balls. Raised decorative fur patterns sit on the top of the sheath and run down between the balls.
