Bad-Dragon is a fantasy sex toy company that was founded in June of 2008. They use platinum cure silicone for their products and offer a wide variety of wares ranging from insertables to penetrables, sheaths, apparel and more. Bad-Dragon is a U.S. owned company based in Phoenix Arizona.

Silicone Hardness Values
Silicone firmness is measured using the Shore Durometer test, giving us the "Shore Value" for a given material. This value consists of the scale used and the value measured. Most silicone intended for bodily use will be on the 00 scale. For reference, chewing gum is 00-20.
The below table lists the available options offered by Bad-Dragon when selecting a toy's firmness matched up with the reported Shore Value. This information may be out of date and should only be used as reference. Always confirm with a maker's store page, or if the value isn't listed, contact support for that maker.
Note: Super Soft is only available for penetrables and packers. Alternate firmness options cannot be selected for Bad-Dragon penetrables or packers.

Bad-Dragon states that they use "the highest quality US-made, platinum-cured, body-safe silicones available" on their Why Bad-Dragon is Better page. They also feature a page explaining the benefits of products made from platinum cure silicon on their Body Safe by Bad-Dragon page.
Promotions
Bad-Dragon runs a newsletter distributed by email. To sign up for the newsletter, head to their main page and scroll down to the very bottom and locate the newsletter sign up area in the bottom right corner. Provide your email address and then click Sign Up.
Bad-Dragon frequently runs sales, usually on a specific group of products or on special colorations. Previous examples include Pride Month, Year of the Dragon, and Birth Stones. Current sales can be viewed through their Sales page.
Bad-Dragon puts out an April Fools toy every year, usually with limited supply and a promotional event.

Options and Features
Bad-Dragon offers cum-tubes, suction cup bases, and a 'dragon mount' option that functions similarly to a vac-u-lock mounting hole. These options are no available on all models, and can become unavailable when selecting certain sizes, colors and firmness options. Be sure to check a model's page both here and on Bad-Dragon's store to confirm that an option is available in the desired configuration.
In addition to the single firmness options of Soft, Medium and Firm, some models also have access two two split firmness options. A split firmness refers to the shaft and base of a model being two different firmness options. Bad-Dragon offers this in two configurations, with either a Soft or Medium shaft and a base in Firm. On models where these options are available, a matching Split Color option must be selected or the Split Firmness options will be disabled.
Product Care
Bad-Dragon offers advice on how to care for, clean and protect their silicone products on their care sheet page. They suggest using soap and water at a minimum to clean their products, suggest using water based lubes, and that products should be stored in such a way that they do not come into contact with products from other makers.
